Great and brilliant location on top of sand and great area. Really tasty and good breakfasts with lovely food.

Quiet atmosphere, pleasant employees from the lovely manager Yianna. Perfectly clean unit with an electric kettle, fridges, and an oven. Magnificent view of garden. Marvellous and absolutely perfect setting in the good area, so close to many good restaurants, beach, shops and bars and the bus stop. Besides, easy to get to Anastasia Aquamania Waterpark.

Generally, loved this modern accommodation with very welcoming staff with great customer service. The vibe here was quiet.

There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was nice! A shared lounge and a community pool were a definite plus.

Beautifully restored and truly exceptional hotel with competent staff from the lovely manager Yianna, truly enjoyed our staying. The room was reasonably large and very well decorated, with an absolutely stunning view of the sea. The location was quiet for Pernera, close enough to the Livas as well as restaurants/bars. Had tea and goodies at Java Lounge Cyprus, nestled 1 km of the venue.

It has a combination of a nice service and a quiet ambience. Furthermore, they offer free Wi-Fi which allows to work throughout the property.

The location of the hotel is perfect and the view of the sea side rooms is very good. The prices on the bar pool are cheap and the pool is clean enough. Rooms are big and comfortable, found with all the necessary tools for the kitchen. The personnel there is very friendly and helpful and always with good grace and smile. I also had breakfast which was tasty and hull. I re-comment this hotel for families and group of friends and why not for couples. Outside the hotel there is a supermarket with fair prices in case you need to buy something. Also there is quietly and you can sleep during the night without hearing loud music or other noises.

The only think that I didn't like it was that there beds were hard. But only that. Everything else was perfect

It has affordable prices and provides basic amenities. The location is also a major advantage as it is near the beach and in a good area. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with sofas, good WiFi, and reliable air conditioning. Additionally, the breakfast includes fruits and cold veggies, which adds a nice touch to start the day. From the reviews, it is clear that the hotel pays attention to detail, offering a renovated and clean environment. The staff is friendly, accommodating early check-ins, and addressing all needs. The hotel also has its own supermarket and is surrounded by other convenient options.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The management and staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to help in any way that they could. Being a family run business, they were very flexible and looked to accommodate any request. I booked at short notice and even on the day I was flying out, there was no fuss when I asked them to arrange a pick up from the Airport. Being a small business allows the management to arrange deals whenever it suits them to do so (Look for specials). The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything I wanted/needed. Desopite there being a music bar 100 metres away, the noise inside the apartment was not disruptive at all. There was also a small supermarket on the ground floor where bits and bobs could be bought. The Livas is also far enough away (but within a 5 minute walk) from loud attractions to allow a peaceful time if that is what you want. The Hotel was a 3 minute walk from a lovely cove which was very safe for swimming and was the best little beach that I saw in the area. It did get crowded owing to its size but not overly so. There were some good restaurants and pubs within a five minute walk and a local bus service that ran until late at night which was very cheap (1 Euro to anywhere in the area including Agia Napa which was 17 Km away). If I go back to that part of Cyprus, I would definitely be more than happy to stay at the Livas.

The light in the bathroom could have been brighter.
